This has been a long gap. The most inappropriate excuse. I forgot the
password!
Have been in this institute for nearly two years now. Its a lovely place. Very nice colleagues.
Very good students.
So here's what worries me. Why is that you boys who are so polite and well mannered also turn
into violence junkies when you are all together and you see good cause? I am not judging. Really asking.
Kartik help me out here. There must be a better way to deal with conflict instead of "maaro!" I really want to hear your thoughts on this. Can we find another equally "manly" way to deal with problems which doesn't involve sticks and stones??

Re: A questin of masculinity
For the problem Collage is to be blame to certain extend. In 1 year student is given freedom “ Which is required” but is not guided to use it freedom in his limited domain with out violating other privacy and the limit to which he can use his freedom. This result in student start thinking that they are all mighty and can do what ever they can want and in the way they want. In the initial day in collage student must be given behavioral and etiquette tanning.

Re: A questin of masculinity
why IIT's and other good institutes don't have such problems , is any other dissimilarity differentiates the students rather than that they have scored less marks in a competitive exam after 12th standard . actually we have a delusion about the "existence of a conflict".no one ever bother that why a situation like this happens , why the students go beyond the purview of good behaviour. The reason is "an empty mind is the devil's playground" ; students don't have anything which can occupy their brain for full time ,so this all happens.if the teachers try to instigate some workshops, training sessions, competitions, seminars ... on regular basis and try to create an environment which helps to foster their fanatic minds to achive their dreams you won't see any of such actions in future.
